This page lists everything Japhone, a product of AI Master, LLC, stores in your browser. It is a short page because the list is short: we use no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing described here follows you to other websites.

Cookies we set

japhone_visitor_session — keeps you signed in to your account. It is set only after you sign in, and it is what tells our server which account a request belongs to. It lasts until you sign out or the session expires.
japhone_admin_session — the same thing for staff signing in to the admin area. It is never set for a customer or a visitor.

Both are strictly necessary: without them you could not stay signed in. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under UK and EU rules, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask you first.

Things stored in your browser that are not cookies

These live in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

japhone_theme — whether you chose the light, dark, or automatic appearance.
japhone_chat_tucked — whether you put the chat widget away.
japhone_setup_skipped — whether you skipped the setup flow, so we don't send you back into it.

What we do not use

No Google Analytics, and no other analytics product.
No advertising, retargeting, or conversion pixels.
No social media tracking.
No cross-site or cross-device tracking.
No cookies that profile you or build an advertising audience.

Clearing them

Every browser lets you delete cookies and site data for a single site, and doing that for japhone.com removes everything listed above. Clearing the session cookie signs you out; clearing local storage resets your appearance choice. Nothing else about the service is affected.
